Have a Great Weekend!

11th May, 2012
Happy Friday from Loop Barbados

Is this not the most charming little Chattel house? Perched on the coast of Martin's Bay, its classic style can be recognized by the mismatched and irregular shaped stones that the house sits upon. How does the house stay as is and balance so perfectly? We have no clue either! Have a fabulous weekend!

The few remainding homes in the caribbean like this! In these modern times this type of house looks like a part of history and have become classic art inspiration for painters and other artiste alike. It is truly amazing how the house stands and is perfectly balanced on those bricks and stones. Beautiful. T
