Whats Happening: Barbados Events April 2013

If you will be with us within the month of April, here are some events that will be happening on the little rock of Barbados!

Barbados April Event 1. Barbados Reggae Festival- This festival consists of many different events such as Reggae Beach Party (21st April at Brandons Beach), Vintage Reggae Show and Dance (26th April at Kensington Oval), Reggae Party Cruise (27th April on board the Jolly Roger) and the famous Reggae on the Hill (28th April at Farley Hill). Barbados April Event 2. St. Nicholas Abbey Moonlight Dinner- This event is a gourmet buffet moonlight dinner at the historic St Nicholas Abbey with live music. The event starts at 7 PM - 12 AM. For more information on this event, call (246) 422-8725 or see their website.

Barbados April Event 3. Tickled Pink- This event is hosted by Charity Chicks and is in honour of "Jumpstart", a summer camp for kids aged 9-12 to encourage them to be inspired and reach their full potential. As with all the Charity Chicks events, there will be a full bar, entertainment and music and of course yummy bites. Barbados April Event 4. Hike Barbados, Special Hike Gun Hill- This hike will take you through cane fields, gullies and lush areas of the island whilst you explore and exercise. The hike will take place on the 25th April and the starting point will be at Gun Hill, St. George. Barbados April Event 5. 2013 Regional First Class Cricket- Semi Finals- There will be (7) seven rounds of matches involving the 7 regional teams- Barbados, Combined Colleges and Campuses, Guyana, Jamaica, Leeward Islands, Trinidad and Tobago, and Windward Islands. The matches will be played on April 27th, 28th, 29th and 30th. Venues will be announced closer to the date.
