Finally, problem solved! A relaxed Sunday brunch spot to the South Coast of Barbados!  A couple weeks ago Espresso Bar at Art Splash launched a 5 course brunch and the fun part - all five courses are served on 1 plate. I know you may be thinking that's ALOT, however the portions are small but flavours big! Most of their food is locally sourced and organic when possible. Plus the fun and funky atmosphere is just perfect to eat, drink and relax with friends! Happy brunching!
