Barbados' Best: Indian Restaurant

Yes, it is not Bajan Food but we all want a little diversity when visiting Barbados, or anywhere in the world. As a matter of fact, our Barbadian cuisine did develop based on a mix of many, many cultures, one being Indian. Today we thought we would share Barbados' best  Indian Restaurant (in our opinions) - Sitar - is located in Second Street, Holetown! The owners, Hasaan and his brother Ansari continually add their Indian Heritage to both the cuisine and atmosphere. 

If you for some reason cannot make it to Sitar, the next Indian Restaurant in line would be Apsara located in The Gap, Christ Church!
