At Oistins you are greated with an overwhelming number of vendors to choose from, but from our experiece, the best grilled fish in the Barbados, can be found at Uncle Georges. He will welcome you with a warm smile and entice you with the aroma of fish in flames on the grill. It is worth the wait (as often there is a line), however you will be pleased when you sink your teeth into the soft, juicy perfectly-cooked grilled fish. Every Friday and Saturday, hundreds of locals and tourists cheerfully make their way down to Oistins, come and sit amongst them and mingle, shop, party and eat to your hearts content.
