What's Happening: Barbados Events November 2012

Barbados November Event 1. Rock the Rock-This alternative rock concert will be held on the 10th November from 1:00PM- 9:00PM at Bath in St. John. There will be endless musicians and performers to rock you all evening. From Barbados' famous Cover Drive to Threads of Scarlett to Nexcyx and so much more. Tickets for this event are $60 BBD early bird, $95 BBD for General tickets and $250 BBD for VIP tickets. Barbados November Event 2. Barbados Food Wine and Rum Festival 2012- This event will be held on the 16th, 17th, 18th and 19th of November and brings together the best of food, wine and rum to Barbados. There will be a variety of events being held across the island with renowned chefs such as Marcus Samuelsson (award-winning Chef, Restaurateur & Cook Book Author), Anne Burrell (Chef), Aaron McCargo, (Chef), Mark McEwan (Chef), Jose Garces, (Chef, Restaurateur, Author), Paul Yellin, (Chef, Author) and Joshua Wesson (Wine Expert). Barbados November Event 3. Honey Jam Barbados 2012- This event is an all female multi genre show consisting of singers, dancers, poets and musicians which provides developmental initiatives for Barbadian female artists. Barbados November Event 4. St. Winifred's School Pantomime: Alice in Wonderland- This popular and entertaining pantomime start on the 18th November and runs right through to December. The pantomime is always a great show- box offices are at Supercentre Big B - Mon, Wed and Fri from Oct 22 between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm and Supercentre Warrens - Tues, Thurs and Sat from Oct 23 between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm. Barbados November Event 5. Independence Pro and Junior Pro Surfing Championship 2012- This event will be held on the 30th November at Soup Bowl Bathsheba and is hosted by the Barbados Surfing Association. There will be two competitions- one being the Men's Open and Women's Open competition and then the Junior Pro competition. Barbados November Event 6. NIFCA Performing Arts Final 2012- This event will be held at the Frank Collymore Hall on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th of November starting at 7:00PM.
