Daphne's Restaurant, part of Barbados' acclaimed Elegant Hotels Group, has drawn a loyal crowd of celebrities, VIPs and locals alike. Rated as one of the top 10 "Most Popular" restaurants in the Best of Barbados Zagat Guide, Daphne's is the island's only luxury waterfront Italian dining experience. Over the years Daphne's has hosted celebrity guests including Simon Cowell, Rihanna, Claudia Schiffer, Gerald Butler and many more. 

Much of our success is owed to the brilliance of Executive Chef Marco Festini Cromer. Chef Cromer honed his artistic culinary skills while studying and serving as Head and Executive Chef throughout Italy. He has practiced his art in Italy, France, Germany, London and the Caribbean at numerous 3, 4 and 5 star restaurants.
