A New Year

A new year has officially commenced with all our resolutions, or rather, goals in place to better our mind, body and soul. One of our main goals is to eat less processed food and directly as possible from the earth. Freshness is key and luckily for us here in Barbados we should have no problem! Do you have any goals? We would love to hear all about them. 
We hope that each and everyone of you have had a marvelous start to 2013 and we so look forward to continuing our friendship with you!
